I am all women who recovered from eating disorders. As a little girl, I didn't worry over the way I looked, I was confident, I loved to dance and perform. But the puberty came. The time of becoming a part of social media, beauty ideals and when the opinion of peers have a big impact on you. So I succumbed… A few years later I can proudly say I've almost completely saved myself out of tentacles of this ungrateful psychological disease. But the consequences remain – and they bring new ups and downs every single day. So my dear girls – love yourself, listen to people who truly care about you and don't forget to value yourself, because each of us is unique and deserves respect!

Depression, dissastisfaction, low self-esteem, shyness, self-criticism … Those are the consequences that still follow me every day. There comes a day that you feel the best in your skin and everything is wonderful, but there also come days when you're feeling down. They say everything happens for a reason and that every fall makes you stronger, so accept yourself with all the good and bad, because that is what makes you unique!
