I experienced a lot of low self-esteem in the past. I’ve always listened to critics of others and didn’t know how to appreciate myself because of them. I was ashamed of my small palms and excessive fat on my belly, thighs and butt. I didn’t know how to deal and reconcile with my stretch marks. However, I managed to change my mindset.
After a bad car accident I started looking at the world completely different. We only have one life and we have to love ourselves. I am grateful I finally opened up my eyes and started respecting myself. Every part of my body writes it’s own story. I won’t let any criticism make my feel less worthy.
