I am all women who succumbed to the influence of media and beauty ideals, tried out millions of diets and weird drinks with no result. I decided I didn't want to spend my life reaching to be someone I'm not, just so I could fit the mold the media created and the ideals people believe in. I decided I am going to be happy in the skin I'm in and to life my life according to rules and standards set by myself.

I've been putting myself down for too long, making myself insecure and crying a lot. I thought I wasn't good enough, I thought I wasn't the girl I should be. I had enough and turned things around – I decided to accept everything I was given and live without insecurities. Mind can move mountains – and ever since I decided to move on and be happy, I can look myself in the mirror, put on a bikini and not worry about a kilogram or two more.
